The only thing I did different to your first try: I uploaded the remanent data from v4.10 with Experte 4.10 to my running v4.11 HS (by mistake, but it worked). Maybe this also had to do with the wrong default project (it was from the old 4.10 image).
Good thing, resetting the remanent data solved your problem.
