    Yes I can telnet to 192.168.0.11 via Port 80 and also 443 (which gets closed after some seconds):

    Trying 192.168.0.11...
Connected to 192.168.0.11.
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.

    Btw. I have a FritzBox and changed the subnet mask to 255.255.0.0 to allow communication also to 192.168.*

    I also tried launching it in Hyper-V with external network switch, same result (hs reachable via Browser on /hs but can’t upload the project (with expert on same computer than Hyper-V)
