I virtualize with Hyper-V, not VMware, that’s why I only convert the disk image for you and don’t offer VMware project files.
But as hsdude wrote, v4 works fine with VMware Workstation 15.
To further analyse your problem we need some screenshots of potential error messages and your VMware settings, otherwise we cannot help you.
