Es gibt bei der VM Workstation ein Commandline Tool names OVFTool (C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation\OVFTool). Damit kannste die vmdk nach ova wandeln. Das tool kommt mit der VMWare Installation. Die kannste bei VMware runterladen und installieren. Für die Vmware brauchst du eine Lizenz, für das Tool nicht :-)
