Participant6 October 2020 at 21:33Post count: 18ETS5 crack project to original ETS5 :
Copy folder of your project from cracked app inside ETS5 dongle .
Launch “licenced” ETS5 .. ETS will detects that the project was not created with this version.
Then export the project and import it again .markdegroot
Participant7 October 2020 at 16:08Post count: 8Just checked this using a licensed ETS5. IT WORKS!! Here are the steps:
On the cracked version pc:
- Navigate to
C:\ProgramData\KNX\ETS5\ProjectStore
. EveryP-xxxx
folder is a project in ETS. Inside the folder you can find the project name in the file calledP
. - Copy the entire project folder to your licensed ETS PC.
On the licensed version pc:
- Navigate to
C:\ProgramData\KNX\ETS5\ProjectStore
and past the project folder here - Open ETS. The project should show up in the Projects list.
- Right-click the project and select Copy -> As Clone.
The cloned project is now a licensed project which you can export!

Participant6 December 2021 at 18:17Post count: 1Hi,
Same problem here… but got it fixed :-)
Just send a support ticket with you ETS5 project to ETS support. say that you cant import your KNX installer ETS5 project into your new ETS6 Home licence. they replyed me that they can open it without any problems. So I asked if they can make a export from the ETS6 version for me.
Received it and this works fine now :-)best regards!

We would like to inform you that starting from April 1st, 2021 the project repair service is payable. You can find more information here (Case 4).
If you would like to have this service, please confirm it here in the support ticket and we are going to create an offer in your MyKNX account, which you will have to confirm and pay, in order our engineers to start analysing of your data. Please note, that this fee only includes the investigation part of the service; processing and exporting the provided data, will be estimated and communicated to you. Finally, if you accept the estimated work for the data processing and export, you will have to pay the export fee additionally to the already paid investigation fee.

Participant9 December 2021 at 08:24Post count: 3If you have a valid ETS5 license, or know somebody with a valid license, you can paste the project in the active project directory, and export it again (with the valid key). That should be importable in ETS6 I guess.
