    i have contacter knx support an no chance for me … here is the answer :

    We would like to inform you that starting from April 1st, 2021 the project repair service is payable. You can find more information here (Case 4).
    If you would like to have this service, please confirm it here in the support ticket and we are going to create an offer in your MyKNX account, which you will have to confirm and pay, in order our engineers to start analysing of your data.

    Please note, that this fee only includes the investigation part of the service; processing and exporting the provided data, will be estimated and communicated to you. Finally, if you accept the estimated work for the data processing and export, you will have to pay the export fee additionally to the already paid investigation fee.
