I read the forum and I really like the valuable content so far. Currently I am preparing a custom build HS, based on the VMWare Image I found somewhere. My question is, what Hardware would you recommend me to do so? As I do have a 19” rack, I was thinking to use rather a self-created 19” server, then something like a Dell ThinClient, as it looks nicer. So I guess I need to get a Mini Mainboard with a case. Power Consumption should be < 10W and no spinning stuff (HardDrive, Fan etc.).
Often I read, people are using the Dell Optiplex fx160, what do you think?
